My mot...Glad to know that you don't have epilepsy. My mother has had epilepsy since she was 18 years old. She was medicated to the extent that she didn't have grand mal seizures at home, but she did have smaller seizures about twice a week where she just seemed to suddenly stop for about 30 seconds. Couldn't speak, couldn't move, but was aware of what was going on around her.<BR/><BR/>In your case I would struggle with the fact that worrying about not stressing out and making myself have a seizure would be STRESSFUL.
