When it comes to indoor footing he really knows his stuff. He won't care if you can or can't afford it- he'll tell you what you need to do to fix it from where it is now. Then you can take that info and go with what you can do. He may even give you a few cost options. <BR/><BR/>good luck, I'm sure it will all work out. And don't beat yourself up about the whole footing issue in the first place. When you did that, you thought you were doing what was best. Now that you are more knowledgeable about footing, you know that it has too much. It may be something as simple as "you have too much.
